Greg Serves as both a Senior Vice President and Market Director at Spring Garden Lending and as a Managing Director at Spring Garden Equity and Spring Garden Capital Advisors.  He opened the DC office for Spring Garden and built its book of business there from the ground up by focusing on exceptional customer experience and a willingness to entertain complex transactions.  He also helped design the core product offering for Spring Garden Equity.

Prior to joining Spring Garden Lending, Greg worked as a business analyst for Abercrombie & Fitch, building financial models for their brick-and-mortar business.

Greg studied urban planning and statistics at Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated in 2018 with honors, and is currently pursuing a masters degree in urban planning from Georgetown University.
