Mark Palmer has been a commercial real estate lender for more than 30 years. The majority of that time was spent at community banks (Adams National Bank, Monument Bank and FVC bank) focusing on the Washington, DC metro market. Mark specialized in construction lending and cash flowing properties. Mark graduated from Frostburg State University in 1986 with two majors in accounting and finance.
