Kyleigh Haynes, our Pittsburgh loan officer, has done three deals with Zell, a local developer. All three have closed in three weeks or less. The first loan was the toughest. Zell had to agree to a 14-day closing deadline with the seller to beat out other cash offers. So, Kyleigh had to run title, appraisal, and underwriting simultaneously. Not only did she hit the closing deadline, but also the house is back on the market after a fantastic renovation.
