This property had been in the family for years before Derese and his brother decided to develop it. In 2020, they formed a partnership to develop mixed-use buildings to promote resilient businesses in the area. Neighbors are pleased with the scope of this project, which fits in the neighborhood, is a visible indicator of positive changes to come, and will help jumpstart even more growth.
