This project has a sentimental value for Tulio – it was the first place he lived when he immigrated from Brazil in 2015 and the first property he owned in the United States. With his keen eye for construction and landscape, Tulio’s projects are always eye-catching, and this project is one of many that is helping to revitalize and transform this West Philadelphia neighborhood. One of Tulio’s Cedar Park projects was featured in Philadelphia Magazine.
