Julie and Linda are full-time real estate developers and investors in the D.C. Metro region with 5+ years of flip and ground up construction experience. In the last two years, Julie and Linda have completed the predevelopment, construction, and outsale of two 10-unit condominium conversion projects in the Brightwood neighborhood of NW D.C. Their focus on this community adds to the overall stability of the neighborhood. This project is located across the street from the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center campus, of which 66 acres is being redeveloped to include more than 2,200 housing units for various income levels and over 130K square feet for retail.
