Guy acquired this parcel over 15 years ago, originally to use as a parking lot. As time passed, and significant investment was made in the area by both Guy and other developers, this parcel became an opportunity for development. Guy is excited to transform this vacant lot into a building with ground floor commercial and residential units above. This project and others like it help connect the significant development occurring in University City to other parts of West Philadelphia.
