Frank has been in the banking industry since 1992 originally working agency paper and construction loans for Key Bank as their downstate (NYC/L.I.) regional manager. He was a production manager for Franklin Credit Management located in NYC;  a Vice President for Builders Bank as a construction loan underwriter; a Vice President for Capital One Bank underwriting commercial real estate loans; and a Vice President for Ridgewood Savings Bank and Dime Community Bank as a Commercial Lender. Frank brings extensive work experience and knowledge of the metropolitan NY lending environment in all areas of CRE including new business origination, strong relationship management, credit/underwriting skills and property evaluation for multifamily, mixed-use, office and retail properties.
