Ron Manges is a Pittsburgh banking veteran with a passion for real estate and people. He got his start in banking 30 years ago on a friend’s suggestion—and quickly realized success came down to knowledge, service, and straight talk. That mindset launched a career not just in banking, but in training others to lead with integrity, respect, and results.

Ron later pivoted into commercial banking, earning top sales honors at a range of regional and community banks while working closely with real estate developers. His knack for building relationships and delivering value made him a standout.

Three years ago, he met Spring Garden Lending President Andy Rachlin and both were interested in a working relationship, but the timing wasn’t quite right—until it was. In 2025, Ron joined as Senior VP and Pittsburgh Market Leader.
