As the creator of the podcast “Pretty Girls Love Real Estate,” Jessica shares stories of women breaking barriers and building wealth through real estate. Her own journey began in 2018 while working long hours in sports marketing. One day, a light bulb went off: she could rededicate those long hours to herself and build her own business in real estate.
Since returning to her hometown in 2021, Jessica has been immersed in the DC real estate scene. She recognizes the DC market is challenging, with a high cost of entry. However, Jessica believes in the power of women to tackle these challenges. As an influencer, change agent, and podcaster, she encourages women to consume as much information as possible and highlight each other’s perspectives. Plus, she contributes to this body of knowledge by creating a platform for women – and especially women of color – to connect and succeed.
