Scott joins Spring Garden Capital Group as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Washington, DC metro office.  Scott’s 40 years of commercial lending experience include credit & senior leadership roles with community banks in the DC metro area since 1987.  Previously Scott was in commercial credit and asset services in the Austin-San Antonio Texas corridor.  Scott has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Building Industry (MBIA) since 2015 and serves as President of Development Guaranty Group of Maryland, a non-profit subsidiary of MBIA which issues sureties to governmental entities on behalf of its members.
