Terry brings more than two decades of experience in commercial lending to his role as a Senior Vice President at Spring Garden Lending.   Most recently Terry was the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Delie Commercial Finance. Prior to that Terry held positions as Vice President of Business Banking for both PNC and Citizens Bank. Terry is a graduate of Lock Haven University, majoring in Business Management with a concentration in accounting.
