TRACI J. SEBASTIAN
Director of New Market Development
Traci services as a Senior Vice President at Spring Garden Lending, as well as its Director of New Market Development. In these functions she not only oversees origination and portfolio management for a large and complex client base, but also helps the organization identify and enter new geographic markets.
Traci has been in banking since 2004, and has served in a variety of roles in administration, operations, and, ultimately, lending. Before joining Spring Garden Lending, Traci was Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending at Valley Green Bank.
Traci was recently named by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the People Under 40 To Watch in the financial services industry. Traci has a degree in Finance from Immaculata University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Traci is a board member of CASA Philadelphia | Court Appointed Special Advocates For Children.
