Mia currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Spring Garden Capitol Group. Mia began her career in retail banking in 1998 as a head teller with Commerce Bank. From there she held several more retail positions before switching to the operational side in banking in 2022 when she joined Huntingdon Valley Bank as the Loan Operations Manager. Mia joined Spring Garden Capital Group in the summer of 2023. In this role, her responsibilities include loan documentation, maintenance, and overall support to the commercial lenders.
