Matt joined Spring Garden Lending in 2025 serving as Accounting Manager, where he will manage all finance and accounting responsibilities across the organization. Matt has over thirty years of experience in Finance and Accounting at several regional and superregional commercial banks.
Prior to joining Spring Garden Lending, Matt worked at Fifth Third Bancorp headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio as a Retail Line of Business Finance Manager, Capital Markets Accounting Manager, and Internal Audit Manager. Prior to Fifth Third, Matt worked in commercial banking as an Asset Liability Management Financial Analyst, Internal Auditor, and Mortgage Loan Accountant.
Matt holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
