Mr. Marino is currently the Executive Chair of Trusted Land Transfer, a full-service title and real estate settlement provider in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to Trusted Land Transfer, Bob was President of Huntingdon Valley Bank, a Philadelphia-based financial institution with approximately $600 million in assets. In June of 2023 HVB was sold to First Citizens Community Bank where he was the Chief Revenue Officer.  Prior to joining Huntingdon Valley Bank in January 2022, Mr. Marino was the Company’s President of the Mid-Atlantic Region from 2017 to 2021. Mr. Marino was previously a Director and the President of the Delaware Valley Region of Valley Green Bank. Mr. Marino joined Valley Green Bank in 2010 and was instrumental in helping the bank grow from $100 to $425 million in assets.  Upon the sale of Valley Green, Mr. Marino became an Executive Vice President of Univest, responsible for enhancing Univest’s business development and sales operations.

Prior to joining Valley Green Bank, Mr. Marino was the President of National Penn Bank’s Southern Region, where he oversaw $1.5 billion in assets and a 26-branch network in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties.

Mr. Marino started his banking career at Meridian Bank in 1983. He then joined National Penn Bank in 1995 where he was the Director of Cash Management and Government Banking Groups, and Director of Corporate Market Management. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Marino has been active in the local community, serving on the Board of Directors of Need in Deed, a non-profit providing services to children.

Mr. Marino graduated from Central High in Philadelphia and received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
